Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LibertyOS (operated by MDN Solutions), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

LibertyOS is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for grassroots organizations. The platform provides membership management, legislative scorecards, action campaigns, and related organizing tools.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your organization
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Comply with all applicable laws in your use of the platform

Use of Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

Infringe the rights of any third party
Attempt to access another organization's data
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access

Subscriptions and Billing

LibertyOS offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data Ownership

Your organization retains ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including member information, content, and configurations. MDN Solutions does not claim ownership of your data. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data.

Intellectual Property

The LibertyOS platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of MDN Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MDN Solutions does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

MDN Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
